Bronwyn's First Novel is available for download on Amazon Kindle.  Visit www.amazon.com.A ghost story with a difference, 4:05 is a gripping debut novel set in the mythical coastal town of Little Bay.
Seven-year-old Matthew Lang has been abducted from a park in broad daylight. The child is the son of Wayne Lang, a former student of the defunct Catholic-run institution, St Jude’s, shut down after allegations of child abuse at the hands of its chief administrator, the evil Reverend Benedict.
With only a white utility as a clue, the police hunt gathers momentum and falters.
Now Matthew’s life may rest in the hands of one man.
The son of a brilliant scientist and a concert pianist, Tom Willis has been deemed to be intellectually gifted.
The problem is he’s a crippled mute, struck dumb after a car crash that left him an orphan and with a string of odd tics that have him mistaken for a madman.
Only psychiatrist, Dr Sheila Tredwell, understands that beneath Tom’s disability is an extraordinary ability. He has the power of telepathy – with the ghosts of the dead.
What she doesn’t know is that he doesn’t just talk to these ghosts. He becomes them.
This is no mere schizophrenia.
Big Pat, D’Araugo the Mexican, Mr Roxby and Peanuckle are spirits, each with their own talents and strengths.
Living in Tom’s head they take over his body at their whim and he is helpless to control them.
Now Matthew Lang, also telepathic, has ‘found’ Tom and urges him to trust himself to come and save him. Only one person it seems can save Matthew, and that’s Tom.
Matthew provides just one clue: a waterfall. But where? Which one?
With only Tredwell to support him, Tom must believe in himself if he’s to rescue Matthew before it’s too late.
And the two must somehow convince the authorities that Tom isn’t crazy but clairvoyant.
Against the odds, Tom must take charge of his extraordinary abilities and put them to the ultimate test.
A child’s life depends on it.

This is brilliant, gripping and unputdownable. Bronwyn is a great writer but it's her attitude that was so compelling for me. I hoped a little of her wisdom, positivity and humour wiped off on me as I read it.

Been there. Done that. But had never read the book and so glad I did. A cathartic journey retracing my own life 12 months earlier. Buy the book...cheaper and better than counselling!

You’ve put into words exactly how I felt during my journey and still do.  Thanks for taking us on your journey with you.
